Permobil Inc has initiated two field service actions that affect certain Chairman 2K powered wheelchairs. The affected Chairman 2K models are those with serial numbers between 1100068 through 1103271 and 4100019 through 4100225. (The serial number is printed on a data plate located on the chassis near the right rear caster.) Both recalls involve field service upgrades to the Chairman 2K powered wheelchair and can be performed by authorized Permobil Dealers
