About each product
The Dreamline STX2 cushion is a highly supportive, deep contoured, gel fluid cushion with abundant positioning options, for the less active user with mild to severe asymmetrical positioning requirements. The Dreamline STX2 cushion has a deep contour profile and incorporates advanced positioning options for symmetrical to severely asymmetrical postures. Pressure redistribution is effective through its patented cluster gel fluid packs, which are neatly hidden in a unique secure zip-up compartment. A soft comfort wrap together with the FLO2&#8482; fabric facilitates immersion and long-term comfort.
The Dreamline G7 cushion has a soft and comfortable feel yet unyielding stability with a mild contoured base for easy transfers. Pressure redistribution is effective through its patented cluster gel fluid packs, neatly hidden in a unique secure zip-up compartment.
The Sidewinder Suspension System adds a dynamic function to any Dreamline Support, S3, STX, and Contour backrest, without requiring modification to the wheelchair frame and maintaining the adjustability of the backrest.

Congratulations to our team who designed the Permobil stand for the ATSA Independent Living Expo this month, taking out Best Large Stand in Brisbane.
We had several product announcements released during the ATSA Expo period this year, including the introduction of the Smart Wheels, Dreamline cushions and backrest suspension system for dynamic movement, and the distribution of Progeo. ATSA Expo 2022

Permobil is proud to offer in Australia and New Zealand the ROHO&nbsp;Hybrid Select cushion with both air and foam elements, that also has a removable IT insert to provide offloading capabilities to benefit wheelchair users.
&quot;Thanks to the development team at ROHO who have created an exclusive offloading air cell and foam cushion which has never been done before,&quot;&nbsp;says Teresa Ellison, Director of Product Marketing for Permobil's Seating and Positioning segment in the Americas.
What's the big deal about offloading? For individuals in wheelchairs, this ability to offload the pressure under their ischial tuberosities (ITs) or sit bones to a larger surface area can help in preventing skin breakdown.

The Explorer Mini is a first of its kind powered mobility solution for toddlers with mobility impairments.&nbsp;

Permobil recognized these needs and developed the first and only powered mobility device for toddlers aged 12-36 months that provides them with on-time mobility experiences, so they can explore and engage with their world in a way that helps them continue their best development. Permobil collaborated with leading experts to design the Explorer Mini and to create a solution for this critical period when mobility and cognitive abilities develop.&nbsp;

Millions of children worldwide are born with motor disabilities such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, or down syndrome and may benefit from the introduction of multimodal mobility options as a part of early intervention. According to the World Health Organization in 2011, 15.3% of the world&#8217;s population has a moderate to severe disability, 93 million of whom are children. This equates to 5.1% of all children ages 0-14 years having a moderate to severe disability.&nbsp;
