Fleet Management for dealers and the MyPermobil App for end-users are a part of the Permobil Connect service.
Fleet Management gives service providers access to valuable wheelchair data and analytics. Battery system information, fault codes, actuator function, motor current and order history are transmitted automatically, improving remote diagnostic and service capabilities for the connected wheelchairs.
Fleet Management creates a more reliable and convenient service experience and, unlike other systems, does not require use of the client’s Wi-Fi or data to transmit valuable wheelchair diagnostic information to the provider's portal.
Strengthen the remote diagnostic and service process with easy access to manuals and technical videos in the Fleet Management Knowledge Hub. Use the search feature to quickly find needed information within service, technical, and user manuals. Reference technical videos in preparation for or during a service visit.
With real-time access to chair details via the provider dashboard, technicians can begin diagnosing service related issues before an appointment is even scheduled. View the system log, identify errors or warnings, and use suggested remedy actions to aid in troubleshooting. If a service visit is required, use the information within Fleet Management to inform what will be needed during the visit.
New M & F-series Corpus and Corpus VS models are Connect-ready. In order to transmit real-time data to the Fleet Management portal, client’s must activate their compatible wheelchair with the MyPermobil app or webform.
