  • Permobil: Acts, depending on the circumstances, as both data controller and processor, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and handling personal data for product and service delivery.
  • User of the service: The individual interacting with our services and providing personal data as part of that interaction.

Sharing your Data with Third-Parties

Permobil will not sell, rent, transfer, disclose or otherwise permit the use of your Personal Information by advertisers or non-disclosed third-parties. We share your data only when necessary and under strict privacy safeguards:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We engage trusted third parties for technical support and operational functions. These providers process data solely on Permobil’s behalf and adhere to contractual data protection obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

Contract – When processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with the data subject or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

Legal Obligation – When processing is required to comply with a legal obligation, such as tax reporting or employment law.

Vital Interests – When processing is necessary to protect someone’s life or physical integrity, typically in emergency situations.

Public Task – When processing is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

Legitimate Interests – When processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, provided these interests are not overridden by the data subject’s rights and freedoms.
