This notice explains how Permobil AB and its entities (“Permobil”, “we”, “us”) process personal data of individuals participating in our recruitment process, including job applicants, prospective employees, interns, and contractors.

We collect personal data directly from you (applications, interviews, assessments), from public sources (e.g., LinkedIn), from third parties (recruitment agencies, referrals), and automatically via our recruitment systems.

Submitted Information

When submitting your information and when you approve to use the recruitment services as an identified user, we collect and process the following data about you:

• Identification and contact details (name, date of birth, address, email, phone)
• Application and competence data (CV, education, work experience, references)
• Assessment and performance data (test results, interview notes)
• IT and system data (login, usage logs)
• Health and background check data (only where legally permitted and with consent)
• Other information you voluntarily provide

Data Collected from Website Visitors

For visitors to the our recruitment website, we collect:

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and Medical
  Device details.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on the website, and navigation paths.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: Information for website functionality.

Sharing Data

Your data may be shared with a very limited group consisting of:

• Permobil staff involved in recruitment
• Service providers supporting recruitment

If required by law data can also be shared with legal or regulatory authorities.

Data is stored electronically in secure servers and services provided by the following vendors, within subscriptions owned and managed by Permobil. The service agreements of the subscriptions regulate the data in these subscriptions to be owned by Permobil.
