Fleet Management gives service providers access to valuable wheelchair data and analytics. Battery system information, fault codes with remedy action steps, actuator function, motor current and order history are transmitted automatically, improving remote diagnostic and service capabilities for connected wheelchairs.
With real-time access to chair details via the provider dashboard, technicians can begin diagnosing service related issues before an appointment is even scheduled. View the system log, identify errors or warnings, and use suggested remedy actions to aid in troubleshooting. If a service visit is required, use the information within Fleet Management to prepare ahead of time for the visit.
Providers can find real-time support for troubleshooting common system messages through the Fleet Management portal. By typing the system message code into the search bar, remedy actions will appear along with parts needed to assist with a service visit.
Strengthen the remote diagnostic and service process with easy access to manuals and technical videos on the Permobil Partner Page. Simply login to the Partner Portal from the website to access the information. Select a category and use the search feature to quickly find needed information within service, technical, and user manuals. Reference technical videos in preparation for or during a service visit.
